All guests are required to comply with the Vic COVIDSafe Management protocols whilst at the resort and staying at the Tatry Ski Club. It is a condition of booking accomodation at Tatry, that you familiarise yourself with and agree to comply with all COVIDSafe Rules affecting you whilst at the Mt Buller Ski resort during your stay.



Accommodation Prices and Booking Policy (as at 8th October 2021)

 2021/22 Summer/Autumn: from now to start of 2022 Ski Season




$40 per person per night  ($600 per night minimum)
$1650 for the use of the whole lodge (total 33 beds) for two weekend nights (Friday night and Saturday night combined)



$25 per night ($300 per night minimum charge)






Linen Hire:

Above accomodation prices are based on a BYO linen and towels policy. Tatry Ski Club supplies a pillow/s, and doona and extra blankets for your bed. Our guests are required to bring their own sheets and towels for their stay.

If you need to hire bed linen and/or towel, there is an additional fee of $25 per person. This fee is a once-off and covers you for your whole stay. Please advise the booking officer if you wish to hire Tatry linen and/or towels. 


Please note that our ensuites are supplied with liquid soap in the powder room. Our guest are required to BYO soap, shampoo, and other toiletries.

Booking Process:
This season Tatry Ski Club Inc. has introduced an online self-serve booking system to make the booking enquiry and confirmation process more streamlined and timely to enhance your booking experience.



1. Member or guest navigates to our online booking system located here
2. Member or guest views dates and rooms available and makes their selection by clicking on dates and selecting beds (members must login using their unique member login and password)

3. Member or guest enters all required name and contact details into the booking request form
4. Member or guest confirms booking by making payment in full (by EFT) .
5. Booking system verifies payment and sends Member or Guest a confirmation of booking email.

Bookings must be paid for IN FULL at the time of booking. Tentative bookings will not be accepted. If payment is not made, bookings will not be held.

Bookings must be made through the booking system and cannot be made with the lodge manager. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Payments are preferred to be made by direct transfer via the internet. Payment cannot be made directly to the lodge manager.
Please note that rates may vary from those listed above. There may also be some variation in rates. 


Child policy
Children aged four and under are free in off-peak/summer period and pay the same rate as adult in the shoulder and peak seasons.

Children aged five and over, pay the same rate as an adult.

Cancellation - No snow Policy
Our booking policy requires full payment upfront to secure your accommodation. Credits or refunds will not be issued. If the payment is not received, your booking may be cancelled and the room/s reallocated. Rooms will not be held without payment. Please note there is no refund on cost of accommodation made by Tatry Ski Club regarding a “no snow” guarantee provided by Mt Buller ski lifts. Please take this into account when selecting dates for your trip.



Tatry will provide a cancellation, change of dates, credit forward or full refund on prepaid accommodation IF:

  • You or your family member (or travelling companion) contract coronavirus and are unable to travel on your intended dates; OR
  • Victorian Government coronavirus restrictions close Mt Buller resort; OR
  • Victorian Government coronavirus restrictions prevent you from travelling on your intended dates; OR
  • Your transport is cancelled or disrupted due to coronavirus preventing you from arriving in resort for your travel dates.
