Accommodation Prices and Booking Policy (as at 1st April 2022)

 2022 WInter Season: from official start of 2022 Ski Season to end of September




2022 Peak Season: 22nd July through to 3rd Sept 2022

•Weekend accommodation (Friday & Sat night inclusive) $220.00 per person (for the weekend)

•Mid-week accommodation (Sun to Thurs nights) $90.00 per person/night


2022 Shoulder Season: 24th June through to 21st July 2022 & 4th September through to 15th September 2022

•Weekend accommodation (Friday & Sat night inclusive) $200.00 per person (for the weekend)

•Mid-week accommodation (Sun to Thurs nights) $80.00 per person/night


2022 Off-Peak Season: Opening Weekend 10th June until 23rd June & 16th September until Season Close 2022

•Weekend accommodation rate $150.00 per person (Friday & Sat night inclusive)

•Mid-week accommodation rate $65.00 per person/night




$35 per night 









Linen Hire:

Above accomodation prices are based on a BYO linen and towels policy. Tatry Ski Club supplies a pillow/s, and doona and extra blankets for your bed. Our guests are required to bring their own sheets and towels for their stay.

If you need to hire bed linen and/or towel, there is an additional fee of $25 per person. This fee is a once-off and covers you for your whole stay. Please tick the "linen hire" box when making your booking online if you wish to hire Tatry linen and/or towels. 


Please note that our ensuites are supplied with liquid soap in the powder room. Our guest are required to BYO soap, shampoo, and other toiletries.  


ONLINE SELF-SERVE Booking Process:
This Tatry Ski Club Inc. has recently introduced an online self-serve booking system to make the booking enquiry and confirmation process more streamlined and timely to enhance your booking experience.



1. Member or guest navigates to our online booking system located here
2. Member or guest views dates and rooms available and makes their selection by clicking on dates and selecting beds (members must login using their unique member login and password)

3. Member or guest enters all required name and contact details into the booking request form online, including dates of booking. Cost of booking will be displayed and if accepted, member/guest submits the booking.

4. If dates and beds are available as requested, the system will automatically place the booking into a "tentative" status in the system. Your booking will be temporarily on-hold until your payment to Tatry is confirmed to be received in full. The booking will be held for a maximum of 3 DAYS. 

5. The member or guest confirms booking by making payment in full (by Internet Transfer) - account details (BSB: 033 089  ACCOUNT Number: 283641

6. The Booking system verifies payment and sends Member or Guest a confirmation of booking email. The booking changes to a "Confirmed" status in the booking system. If payment is not received by the Tatry Ski Club (cleared in our bank account), the booking is automatically cancelled. If your booking is cancelled, another member or guest may book your dates, or someone on a waiting list may book your dates.

7. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive further email communication at a later time to remind you of your upcoming booking, as well as an email that outlines the check-in and check-out procedure and the current lodge door code. 

Bookings must be paid for IN FULL at the time of booking. Tentative bookings will not be accepted. If payment is not made, bookings will not be held.

Bookings must be made through the booking system and cannot be made with the lodge manager. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. Payments are  to be made by direct transfer via the internet. Payment cannot be made directly to the lodge manager.
Please note that rates may vary from those listed above. 


Child policy
Children aged four and under are free in off-peak/summer period and pay the same rate as adult in the shoulder and peak seasons.

Children aged five and over, pay the same rate as an adult.

Cancellation - No snow Policy
Our booking policy requires full payment upfront to secure your accommodation. Credits or refunds will not be issued. If the payment is not received, your booking may be cancelled and the room/s reallocated. Rooms will not be held without payment. Please note there is no refund on cost of accommodation made by Tatry Ski Club regarding a “no snow” guarantee provided by Mt Buller ski lifts. Please take this into account when selecting dates for your trip.
