HOW TO BOOK - Season 2021


Accommodation Prices are as follows (as at 17th April 2021)


2021 Peak Season: 30th July through to 31st August 2021

•Weekend accommodation (Friday & Sat night inclusive) $200.00 per person (for the weekend)

•Mid-week accommodation (Sun to Thurs nights) $80.00 per person/night


2021 Shoulder Season: 25th June through to 29th July 2021 & 1st September through to 11th September 2021

•Weekend accommodation (Friday & Sat night inclusive) $180.00 per person (for the weekend)

•Mid-week accommodation (Sun to Thurs nights) $75.00 per person/night


2021 Off-Peak Season: Opening Weekend 11th June until 24th June & 12th September until Season Close 2021

•Weekend accommodation rate $150.00 per person (Friday & Sat night inclusive)

•Mid-week accommodation rate $65.00 per person/night


Linen Hire:

Above accomodation prices are based on a BYO linen and towels policy. Tatry Ski Club supplies a pillow/s, and doona and extra blankets for your bed. Our guests are required to bring their own sheets and towels for their stay.

If you need to hire bed linen and/or towel, there is an additional fee of $25 per person. This fee is a once-off and covers you for your whole stay. Please advise the booking officer if you wish to hire Tatry linen and/or towels. 


Please note that our ensuites are supplied with liquid soap in the powder room. Our guest are required to BYO soap, shampoo, and other toiletries.

Booking Process:
This season Tatry Ski Club Inc. has introduced a booking confirmation process which will occur over email and make the booking process more streamlined and timely to enhance your booking experience.

1. Member or Guest contacts the booking officer requesting dates to stay at Tatry. ([email protected]).
2. Booking officer responds by email and confirms dates are available with cost including payment details (EFT or Cedit Card).
3. Member or Guest confirms booking by making payment in full, then emailing confirmation of payment (if done by EFT) to booking officer by email.
4. Booking Officer verifies payment and sends Member or Guest a confirmation of boking email.

Bookings must be paid for IN FULL at the time of booking. Tentativebokings will not be accepted. If payment is not made, bookings will not be held.

Bookings must be made through the booking officer and cannot be made with the lodge manager. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. We have a number of payment options. Payments are preferred to be made by direct transfer via the internet. Payment cannot be made directly to the lodge manager.
Please note that rates may vary from those listed above. There may also be some variation in rates. Please check with the booking officer at time of booking if unsure.


Child policy
Children aged four and under are free in off-peak/summer period and pay the same rate as adult in the shoulder and peak seasons.

Children aged five and over, pay the same rate as an adult.

Cancellation - No snow Policy
Our booking policy requires full payment upfront to secure your accommodation. Credits or refunds will not be issued. If the payment is not received, your booking may be cancelled and the room/s reallocated. Rooms will not be held without payment. Please note there is no refund on cost of accommodation made by Tatry Ski Club regarding a “no snow” guarantee provided by Mt Buller ski lifts. Please take this into account when selecting dates for your trip.

Please be advised that mid-week accommodation or weekend accommodation bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Payments cannot be made at the lodge. Tatry will provide a cancellation, change of dates, credit forward or full refund on prepaid accommodation IF:

  • You or your family member (or travelling companion) contract coronavirus and are unable to travel on your intended dates; OR
  • Victorian Government coronavirus restrictions close Mt Buller resort; OR
  • Victorian Government coronavirus restrictions prevent you from travelling on your intended dates; OR
  • Your transport is cancelled or disrupted due to coronavirus preventing you from arriving in resort for your travel dates.
